How do I receive my order?
A download button appears on screen as soon as your payment goes through. The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
What is in a pack?
Each pack contains a set of wallpapers on a single theme, supplied in two formats: horizontal 16:9 for your desktop and vertical 9:16 for your phone. Files arrive as a ZIP archive.
What quality are the wallpapers?
All wallpapers are exported in high quality. They work on any screen.
Will they work on Windows or on my phone?
Yes. The files are standard images, and every pack includes a vertical version for mobile.
My download link did not arrive.
Check your spam folder first, and make sure the email address you entered is correct. If it still has not arrived 30 minutes after your order, email us with your order number and we will resend it.
I lost my files. Can I download them again?
Yes. Email us with your order number and we will send a fresh link.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered immediately, completed orders are not refunded once the download link has been sent. If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or not what you ordered, we will fix it or refund you in full — see our Refund Policy.
Can I use the wallpapers for my own project?
You can use them on your own devices, as many as you own. You cannot resell them, share the files, or use them in a commercial product. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
How often do you release new packs?
Regularly. New packs appear in New Arrivals as soon as they go live.
